Handling of appeals and complaints

Accepted and registered appeals /complaints, the person responsible for their registration and registration within 1 business day from the date of receipt sends to the director of the company, who appoints the person responsible for review and decision on the merits of the appeal, or personally gives instructions for settlement and response to the question.

Terms of consideration of appeals and complaints
Offers, statements and complaints are considered by responsible persons from 5 working days and are resolved within no more than one month from the day of their receipt. In this case, the total term of resolving the issues stated in the appeal may not exceed forty-five days from the Law on Citizens’ Appeals.

Response to appeals and complaints

The response to appeal/ complaint shall be provided to the applicant in the same manner as was received, unless otherwise agreed with the applicant to consider the appeal / complaint.

According to the Law on Citizens’ Appeals, anonymous appeals may be left unanswered. Appeals from persons found incompetent by the court are also not considered.


According to the legislation of Ukraine it is not allowed to disclose received appeals, information about the personal life of citizens without their consent, or information that constitutes a state or other protected by law, as well as information that oppresses the rights and legitimate interests of citizens.

It is not allowed to find out the identity of the person who is not related to the appeal. At the request of the applicant, orally or in the text of the application, his name, place of residence and work shall not be disclosed.

This prohibition does not extend to the communication of the information contained in the appeal to the persons involved in the case.
